Robert “Forest” Malley

Forest is an arts educator, playwright and actor originally from Beverly, Massachusetts. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in History & Literature, and received his MFA in playwriting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts , where he also studied arts education. He has been teaching creative writing, literature and French language courses since he was in high school, and has continued to teach students throughout his time in college and graduate school. Forest is passionate about bringing his love of literature, writing, and the creative arts to all of his work in education, and strongly believes that students succeed most when their creativity and expressivity are nourished. Outside of the classroom, he is an avid reader, karaoke enthusiast, and backgammon player.
