Jessy has contributed articles to messynessychic.com, a multifaceted and culture based blog, which receives over two million readers per year. Her research and editorial achievements have touched a global audience and have contributed to the inspiration for the theater production of “Laroche” in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The show, which represents the story of the sole black man aboard the Titanic, was sold out for the span of its showing in the United Kingdom. It will soon be touring internationally across Europe. Jessy also continues to do research and writing for small cultural events such as a “café longue” where learners from English, French, and Arabic speaking backgrounds can connect through storytelling and learn new facets of language in a café setting.
When Jessy isn’t crafting articles or working on a children’s book, she focuses on language education, emphasizing the importance of clear communication, self-expression, and cross-cultural understanding. Her approach to writing and teaching highlights the joy of learning through storytelling, making language more accessible and meaningful for all.
